DIAL-IN SERVICE

Whether you are investing into a new custom rifle built? Or already have a gun you like? Are you looking to upgrade your favorite rifle? Send it to us, and we'll dial it in!

We lap your rings, mount your scope, and then sight in the rifle, collect the ballistic data, and dial it in at long distance. Your gun will perform as it should in long distance situations. Custom dope charts will be built and attached to rifle. Also Custom yardage turrets are available for most scopes and multiple turrets can be cut for different elevations, temps and different loads.

What are your options

  • If you send us bullets that you know your rifle likes and are looking to get it scoped up and a turret made, the Basic Dial-in Service starts at $450.
  • If you're wanting us to shoot different factory ammo in your gun and find what it shoots the best, the Factory Dial-in Service starts at $550.
  • Custom Load Development starts at $650. This includes all load data, and custom ammo is available for purchase.
  • We can offer many different scopes and will help with selection if any help is needed

How Custom Ballistic Turrets Work

  • Tailored to Your Setup: A custom turret is made specifically for your individual rifle, ammunition, and typical shooting conditions (altitude, temperature, etc.).
  • Yardage Markings: Instead of using generic MOA or MRAD clicks, the turret has markings that correspond directly to distances in yards (or meters).
  • Eliminates Guesswork: This removes the need for mental calculations or separate chart lookups in the field, allowing for faster, more accurate shots.
  • Simple Operation: As described, you simply use a rangefinder to determine the target's distance (e.g., 550 yards), dial the turret to the corresponding number on the dial (e.g., 5.5, which would likely represent 550 yards), hold the crosshair dead on the target, and fire.

Rifle break in scope zeroing

Proper barrel break-in will smooth the bore of your barrel to create better consistency and accuracy. With today's demand for accuracy, most high-quality barrel makers lap their barrels to remove minor tooling marks and create as uniform a finish as possible. This is generally done when the barrel is at the "blank" stage before the barrel has been contoured, crowned and chambered. While this lapping technique provides great results, the post-lapping machining during the chambering process adds additional tooling marks. Live fire barrel break-in can minimize these potential inconsistences and helps with long term accuracy and longevity of the barrel.

Proper barrel break-in consists of a series of shooting and cleaning sequences.

Your options

  • Full mount and break-in process $250.00 + ammo
  • We lap your rings, mount your scope, and then break in the rifle barrel a 50 round process then we will sight in the rifle, 60 total rounds.
  • Break-in Only $200+ ammo
  • We will break in the rifle barrel a 50 round process.

Scope lapping/mounting

Have you ever had that rifle that just won't keep its zero every year you have to do some changes, and you never have complete confidence in it. Or maybe it is time for a new scope and ring set to make your platform into what you want it to be. Honestly this is in my opinion one of the most important services you can perform on any rifle optics platform.

Scope ring lapping is a process that uses a lapping compound and a precision bar to "sand" the inside of scope rings, creating a smooth, precisely shaped surface with even contact to the scope tube. This process corrects for minor imperfections, misalignment, and burrs in the rings, which improves holding power, prevents damage to the scope's finish, and ensures more consistent zero by reducing stress on the scope and the rifle's action. In turn helping your rifle hold it zero for years to come.

Your Options

  • Scope lapping and mounting bore sighting $75
  • Scope lapping mounting and zero $100 + ammo
